1. General Shipping Information

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the delivery status.

Our shipping options cover both domestic (U.S.) and international destinations. Estimated delivery times depend on your location, shipping method, and carrier performance.

We strive to deliver all orders on time, but unexpected delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues may occur. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist with any delivery issues.

We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – Faster option for urgent orders.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available for select locations.

3.2 International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping (7-14 business days) – Available for most countries.
  • Expedited International Shipping (5-10 business days) – Faster delivery for select destinations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include possible delays due to customs inspections, international holidays, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

4. Shipping Fees & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping method, and destination.

  • Orders over $100 (U.S. only) – Free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $100 – Shipping costs vary depending on location and selected method.
  • International Orders – Shipping fees are determined by region, weight, and carrier.

For international shipments, additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be charged upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the customer.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

For urgent orders, we recommend selecting express or overnight shipping at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions (storms, hurricanes, snow, etc.)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office for possible delivery mistakes.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
  3. If the package is still missing, email info@reportviral.xyz for further support.

To avoid lost packages, we recommend providing a secure shipping address where someone can receive the order.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Your order number and contact details.

We will provide a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

10. Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or modify an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping details. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

11. International Customs & Duties

For international orders, your country may impose customs fees, VAT, or import duties. These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Paid by the customer upon package arrival.
  • Determined by your country’s customs authority.

If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be returned to us. In this case, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

12. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
